Fiesta Smokey Jade is a tropical-green free-flowing powder that is part of Impact Colors' Fiesta Pigments. Fiesta Pigments provide better luster, stronger chroma, are brighter and the colors are cleaner because of their synthetic substrate. The substrate is produced free of heavy metals and bacterial contamination.
