Dream Colors beads are produced through a unique multi-layer encapsulation technology, providing color release upon rubbing with excellent coverage and silky feel. The outer layer of pigment can be one color, while the inner core can be a different shade. The pigment’s true color is only revealed upon application. This technology may be utilized in foundations, BB-creams, other emulsion systems, primers, serums, and a variety of personal care products.
